TALENT BOOKING

We work closely with our clients to secure the right talent for any event. Our long-term successful relationships within the industry grant us access to artists of any size and of any genre. This allows us to get you quick answers on artist availability and pricing. We have a vast knowledge of all genres of music, comedy, lecture, and entertainment to provide insight that will help you make informed decisions on acquiring talent for your event. We work hand in hand with our clients throughout the booking process and negotiations. We provide customized artist avails, references, formal offer submission and negotiation, and contract execution.

PRODUCTION & EXECUTION

Our job is to make your event a huge success. With our expertise in production design and event execution, we coordinate all the details in conjunction with our client’s goals and objectives. Our focus is to make the day easier and will handle whatever is required. We work directly with the artist tour management to coordinate all logistics. We develop a detailed show schedule for your event and provide a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate everything from start to finish. We feel that having a representative on-site from beginning to the end is essential to ensuring a successful event.

Whether it’s working with student involvement offices or other campus departments, our personal approach and experience in the college market helps take any idea to the next level. We take pride in working hand in hand with student organizations and campus administrators to provide the tools, resources, and education to create 1st Class concert experiences.
We work with municipal event offices, non-profits, and other business/organizations to elevate their entertainment programming. From a music and arts festival centennial celebration to a cool DJ or concert series at your brewery, there’s no event too big or too small.
From providing talent and production at your company retreat or perhaps the ground breaking party for a new business venture, with our skills we are able to work with our clients to create and curate the perfect entertainment environment.
The COVID-19 pandemic turned the live event industry upside down. Fortunately, high quality events are able to be produced through high speed internet and streaming platforms.
