WHO WE ARE

JAMES ANDERSON

OWNER | TALENT BUYER | EVENT PRODUCER

The Boss.

  • Starting with concert snare drum in 5th grade and moving on to playing guitar and drums in rock bands in high school, James has a lifelong passion for arts, music, and bringing people together. While in high school he created a live music series in his hometown where he booked bands at various venues and DIY spaces. The success and interest of these events led him to the University of New Hampshire, where he was heavily involved with S.C.O.P.E. (Student Committee on Popular Entertainment), which ultimately led to his professional career in the live music industry working with the biggest names in entertainment. James has produced countless events on numerous college campuses and private/public event spaces throughout the country. He is drawn to the energy that live events foster within a community of like minded people. When not at a show or listening to records, James can be found hiking in the woods or cooking for his family and friends.

NILADRI SINHA

SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR

The Swiss Army Knife.

  • Niladri is excited to put on any type of event, big or small. He was exposed to event production from a young age, and began designing light and sound systems for local dance companies and theatre groups while in high school. During his undergraduate studies at Lesley University, he joined CAB, the committee that brings entertainment to campus and continued to take care of artists’ production needs. Since then, he has worked for audio companies, independent promoters, venues, and music and art festivals, doing anything necessary to make sure the show goes beyond everyone’s expectations. Through his passion of education and fondness of being busy, he also holds a Masters degree from Lasell University. In his free time, he enjoys playing bocce and going on adventures.

  • Growing up in the great granite state of New Hampshire, Harrison has been a joy seeker since birth. From skydiving to cliff jumping to world travel to scuba diving, the name of his game is some good old fashion adrenaline. When he found live music, his world entered a new era. After joining SCOPE at the University of New Hampshire, he fell in love with event production and creating events that gave people the joy he so deeply values. He also got involved with the underground scene booking greasy basement shows, putting together DIY productions, and working deep in the underground network of the New England music crowd. After several years with SCOPE as Analytics Director, then Executive Director, he joined OIBL to continue his journey of giving others the gift of joy. On the side he plays in a wicked rock band called The Rock Dwellers, still occassionally jumps off cliffs and out of planes, and has an affinity for sandwiches.
